You have to craft at a bench by using it. It won't work if you craft it there then exit

You must find an AK in an airdrop (only way) and 5.56 ammo (also in airdrops) and use scrap at a research bench to make a blueprint. In addition, you need to make a tier 2 or 3 work bench
