Can't place walls on roof
So i built a base and put pillars inside the base but when i go to the roof it won't let me place walls? please help

If the stability percentage is too low, you can't build upward further.

To improve stability, you can use wall frames (or walls) to bring further stability to your building. If you've built in such a way though that you cannot get foundation stability for upper levels, you're stuck with what you have. Hope that helps.
