Why cant I rotate my vending machine?

I put in the goodies I want to sell. I administrate what for what. Then i go to side and top where i was able to rotate it before and nothing appears. But if I empty the whole thing, I can rotate it. Please help!!!

It has to be empty before u can rotate it.

But then how the hell do i rotate it when i have items in there and i did all the administartion on it. Its up against a wall so i cant look behind it

Have it so you can access the back of the vending machien from somewhere secure, a different prat of your shop that only you can access.

I sometimes put mine facing out of windows so the shoppers stand outside while they buy things. Have a secure door in the back of the shop so you can get to the back and take the loot or add new things.
