Terminus rust plugin/mod

Currently there are no public terminus plugin/mod (since there is only one terminus server).A terminus server is basically a where there is no crafting or farming the only way to get weapons is throught barrels/crates weapons/tools have an high increase of being dropped. I am looking for a dev for my server i am planing to open to make a plugin somewhat like it. The server will be hosted in Australia and if i get enough donations i will probably make a server in the U.S. Please comment below if you can help with this situation.
