Does wooden foundation decay as twig?
I've made a base out of stone, that goes for the foundation as well, but the foundation in the center is made of wood. However when I logged into the server today the foundations have decayed abit. No damage has been taken and they have 100% stability, so why have they taken damage? (I've not been raided).

If you are in forest it takes minimal damage i think, tundra and desert are the ones where you want to build stone.

Oh okay. When I logged on I noticed that just a few spesific parts of our external wall as well as a few spesific foundations had taken decay damage, but everything else was perfectly fine, so I fixed them with a hammer. When I logged back onto the server today the same spesific external walls and foundations had taken damage but nothing else. Dont know why, but the server has a rule where you can only build 4 layers of external wall, so I thought they perhaps had a system for it which checks if there are more than 4 layers and then removes them automatically (or something like that) and that the system thought there were more than 4 layers excactly at that position.. i dont know
