As mentiond above i will not install any system level driver just for a game. I use my pc mainly as audio workstation and not as gaming pc ... and so i am very concernd about every driver or system near api whitch gets installed.
As mentioned above... problem solved... i am able to run the server and to join the server without EAC.

No because EAC blocks any virtual input. So it blocks any input from the steam in home streaming. Its part of the way they try to block cheats. So they block anything and everything to stop hackers.
Not even sure if twitch software will work in this case - a big PITA just to show a friend (who doesn't play rust) something. *SMDH*
Or, if you're using a server.cfg, add these lines:
Remember that the game won't show up in the public server lists if EAC and/or security is disabled, so you have to connect by pressing F1 and enter
thank you!
This actually makes very little sense.
"Concerned about drivers" XD
Whatever floats ur boat big guy.
EAC is the top anti cheat currently for games, it is well known and probably used by more people than any other driver on your pc.
Its not heavy, doesnt conflict with other programs, and there is really no good reason not to use it on a rust server.
If you have run that server off your home pc, which by the looks of the batch commands you did, a player with a small amount of skill can now logon to it and flood your network, potentially even inject scrds and all kinds of things. Port forward and no residential protection would be able to stop it.
But do your thing.
