2017 Admin spawn commands, metal fragments?

Hi all.
I finally bought Rust, and got set up to run a small private dedicated server so I can try things out, test things, practice building shooting etc. As admin I can spawn items, but some things I cant. As a new Rust player, I didnt know the game had changed quite a bit, but evidently it has change a lot from how you enter commands in to spawn items. So I have a few questions if someone doesnt mind helping me out.

Is there a new, updated item spawn command list for this new 2017 version of the game?

And does anyone know the command to spawn metal fragments?

press F1, look at the top you will see the words "items" click that and give yourself 1000 /100 or 1 is the easiest if you want commands just google it tho

Oh wow I didnt see those options at the top of the console, very hard to see for some reason on my computer thanks a lot man. As far as looking up a new command list, all I normally find are the older ones. Thanks again for the help.

Ive never much worried about the entire "necro" thing myself, its simply not as important as pretty much anything else in this current world we live. But its been forever since I played any Rust I really dont remember it, lets try to help with his question necro or not. What is the best way to get the metal frags he mentioned? Can you just farm those from POIs?

Ok found this article but its from 2021.

It says you can mine ore then smelt it into fragments, but says even better is just to find a recycler and recycle items. Is this still a good method?
