Negotiating Connection [How to FIX it]
Re-Install EAC . And then delete RUST TFC in saveddata file.

i have deleted some Easy anti cheat files and dll's , let steam verify your files of the rust game and seems it solved it for me

Nice tip, i only had to reinstall the EAC folder.
