Proper Settings for 840M?

I Have this Lenovo Z50-70 With an 840m and im going to need some in game settings etc to get good graphics and a good frame rate, i run GTA 5 with 30 to 40 FPS with this laptop so i assume i am able to get around 50 to 60 on this game? An extra question, how much FPS wil the build aproximately get?
