"Failed to create agent because it is not close enough to the NavMesh"
I get this message on my server consol, this happened when it updated last couple of updates. Any way i can get rid of this, it just spams it so many times nonstop.

I have the same messages. Scrolling. Vanilla Rust server in Linux. Started two updates ago but I didn't say anything at first because I presumed it was likely a known issue and would be resolved on the next update but it does remain. No impact on operation from what I can tell just an annoyance.

Please don't consider this post a complaint, it is intended to assist in confirmation that this error is systemic for Rust Linux servers at the current version.

With the RUST update it eventually went away, problem solved.

I have been getting this message on my modded windows server since June update. It is totally flooding my console. I guess I need to find a plugin to filter out all the spam, it makes console totally unreadable... Or is there any reasonable way to get rid of the message?

After a few server updates and a forced wipe my messages went away. It will likely go away eventually and there isn't much you can do about it. Here is some additional info about NavMesh Agent in Unity for some light reading. NavMeshAgent[docs.unity3d.com]
