You can't.
You go down the other way and you use a bucket on the end of that rope to go back up.

ah i see haha, well lost all my lovely loot anyways i survived the third fall, ahwell wasnt anything in the cave anyhow. lost my rad suit :@

If there's an admin on sometimes they'll tp you in/out if you ask nicely. They may also mock you mercilessly, it's a coin toss.
