Improved Anti Cheat?

Last time I have played PG3D a while ago (2018-2019ish), there was a common occurrence of encountering cheaters.
Will there be an improved anti-cheat against cheaters? I am very certain there will be likely an increase of cheaters, especially on PC, in the first week or two after the ported game is released.

The current anti-cheat does not seem to be effective since all it does is resets the account used (not a ban), allowing them to continue to cheat still, from what I have heard on mobile.
Also, it seems that anti-cheat could falsely get triggered if a certain amount of currency (coins/gems) is reached if players grinded (assuming they have nothing else to do in life) towards past that limit legitimately.

If there is a new anti-cheat in development, is it going to be similar to PGW's anti-cheat? I have heard as well it was somewhat effective, and some players said they've rarely encountered cheaters.

Also, will there be a way to combat the toxicity in the game from offensive names etc.? Encountered a nazi yesterday in Racing minigame.

God i hope they're not gonna add anti-cheat unless if there is efficient anti-cheat that are compatible with steam deck what they could add.
