SOME CHEATS FOR BEGINNERS

- go to Documents\Almost Human\Legend of Grimrock 2
- open grimrock.cfg (with notepad)
change lines for:
console = true
consoleKey = 192

Start game
press ~
console will appear
type:
spawn("tome_wisdom") : +1 skill point after use
spawn("turtle_steak") : +1 food
spawn("tome_health") : +25hp after use

spawn("potion_strength")
spawn("potion_dexterity")
spawn("potion_vitality")
spawn("potion_willpower")
pernament +1 for stat

update:
spawn("tome_energy") : +25 energy
spawn("tome_leadership") : +1 to all stats (read description!)
spawn("tome_fire")
spawn("tome_air")
spawn("tome_earth")
spawn("tome_water")
+20 to resists
spawn("gold_key") : for open treasure rooms
spawn("lock_pick") : for chests
spawn("potion_greater_healing") : hp
spawn("potion_greater_energy") : energy

spawn("neck_chain") : you dont need food anymore with this item

Thanks OP. I've been out of food for the last 10 hours of the game and dealing half damage made me just quit at the zombie pit. With the food cheat, I might consider finishing the thing.

How to do it under Mac OSX? I can't find that cfg document...

It's just in a different location on OSX.

For those still having an issue opening the console window: Instead of a number (like 192) type in the key you want to use.

Example: Swedish keyboard has the § character above the Tab key and thus you'd type:
consoleKey = §

Save the config file and launch the game.

Try consoleKey =223, then press the key under ESC. (Only tried with UK Qwerty keyboard).
