How to cast a spell.
I have created a custom party, one with 1 point in earth magic, i do not get blue hands. Am I missing something else?

If the character is not a Battlemage or Wizard then they can't cast spells unless they have an orb or staff/wand equipped. Once they have a proper spellcasting tool, they'll be good to go.
