Respec or save game editor?

Is there a way to respec skills/attributes in game or a game save editor to do this?

Neither.

All you can do if you are not satisfied with skill/attribute selections is going back to an earlier save or use the console and manipulate your characters directly.

Meh, thanks anyway for confirming... I've really screwed up attribute distribution points to one character (level 8).

How so? Past creation there are not many attributes to distribute.

Sorry I meant skills. My rogue character, I should of focused him into light weapons with +2 accuracy but I wasn't thinking right and I put one point each into firearms, throwing and missiles by mistake, so that's 3 points wasted.
