How to do alchemy?

Ive got some herbs but i have no idea how to make them into potions, and since the game doesnt have a tutorial explaining these things im stuck on how to do it

To create potions you will need a mortar and pestle that is at the very beginning of the Twigroot Forest level. Make sure whoever uses this item has the Alchemy skill at Level1. For the rest, it's quite simple, you just need to pick up herbs and data to the alchemist. You will also need to find green scrolls that allow you to know the recipes for preparing the potions (no need for a flask, and it is possible to make potions without knowing the recipe)
