Preload should be required for games on Steam, its ridiculous this isn't standard in 2024.

Lucky for me I can start the download before I leave for the day unless my GMG key arrives late.

Especially when Steam still is unable to do regional unlocks unlike any other platform. Ubisoft, EA, Playstation, Xbox all of them do midnights. Has become ultra rare on Steam.
