Stop buying AMD cards if you buy games day 1
I buy games day one and sometimes never even play them because $60-$70 isn’t sh** to me.

This year I got wukong, Star Wars outlaws, ff16, gow ragnarok, space marine 2 and others in day 1.

For every single game mentioned above there is always AMD users complaining during launch window. Always.

Do you guys not understand that developers prioritize nvidia because nvidia is literally like 85% of the GPU market?

Why the hell is it so hard for you guys to understand that simple concept? AMD is not a priority for launch windows because most users are nvidia, most of the money is coming from nvidia users.

That’s why with AMD cards you always have to wait weeks for the devs to patch the game for it to run properly, whereas on nvidia it just works from day 1.

If you value playing games the same day they come out, do not get an AMD card. I don’t get why you guys keep doing this to yourselves. Why torture yourself like this? What’s the point? Just get an nvidia card.

Who was complaining about AMD card not running well SM2? I got a 7900XTX and I only complained about no UW support, but otherwise the game ran well.

To be completely honest, more Nvidia users are having problems with this game than AMD users.

Yeah nvidia users on 3050 laptops maybe.

I ended up fixing a lot of my FPS issues and are now generally on mid settings with 120-140fps, but I had a point in the story (1 of the bigger moments earlier on) where my fps went after a battle from 110 to 41 fps locked, needed to reboot the game AND update my drivers to fix it.

I honestly also think Denuvo is working against a lot of people, especially for the stutters.
Wow, OP I don't even know what to say. You do realize that without any competition at all none of your precious Nvidia gpus would even be sold for under $1200.

Fyi I am using a 7800XT with everything set to the highest settings at 1440p native aa 100+ FPS and I have not encountered any issues with the game.

Competition is definitely good, the problem is AMD isn't even looking into AI tech.

You can't do good up-scaling or RT without AI.

Everyone replying needs to learn to ignore the sad little troll. Seriously, everything he is saying is just to argue with people. Just let the child go curl up and cry in the corner until he learns to grow up

I'm 52 years old. Nice try though.

To be completely honest there are more nVidia users than there are AMD so it would make sense that more would have issues.

Nvidia is a greedy pos company. Team red all day

Ahhh yes. AMD. The underdog. They would never try to make as much money as possible. Oh wait. They did with K8 when they had the performance advantage? And they still did with QuadFX when they thought it would beat Core 2 Quad yet cost 3-4x as much?

Weird. Its almost as if AMD is a company who wants your money.

you mean ATI cards? if they did trust themselves then they wouldnt let themselves bought ,just to compete with Nvidia, just after meager 6th year of company. They even failed at that as today shows us.

i only bought one card from them back when they got out in 2000-2001, and it burnt in half a year and never again. their cooling solutions so bad. god knows how its nowadays, Such clock speeds of todays' require good cooling.

i never buy anything but msi nvidia and asus nvidia anymore. if im on budget, then gigabyte. and godbless Evga getting out gpu biz, since they were the most expensive manufacturer. they were bumping prices virtually.

What do you mean 6th year? ATI was founded in 1985 and was vastly more competitive than after AMD bought them. Hell the 9700/9800 series were some of the best. It wasn't until AMD bought them that we started to see them become less competitive than they were. The best series, imo, since AMDs acquisition was the 7900 series, not the current one but the good old 7950GHz Edition for example.

They are behind when it comes to AI or having a good upscaler but AMD does have their Instinct GPU for their client side which utilizes AI. As for the consumer side according to a recent interview with Jack Huynh who is Sr. VP and GM of computing and graphics done by Tom's Hardware AMD has been working on an AI upscaler for the past year or so. Why do you think the PS5 pro which uses AMD tech has PSSR?

I wouldn't be so sure, the AAAs in the industry revolve around the multiplatform market, Playstation, Xbox and PC, the new consoles are based on AMD architecture.

As if Kia's are unreliable cars (they aren't). Your opinion is a joke. Good bait though, I suppose.

like people who buy taco bell and complain about food poisoning smh, get what you pay for and all that.
If you get food poisoning from ANY restaurant then there is a serious issue. Taco Bell is no more known for food poisoning than KFC or Burger King.

Ah, so that's why Space Marine 2 advertises AMD.
Stop buying AMD cards, period
