You can get the second one done yourself and see if it will work out
But tbh, if your GPU doesn't support DX12_1.. chances are even if the game allowed DX12_0 GPUs to play the game, the performance will be so damn awful that it won't be even worth.

DX12_0 is RX 400/500 at most iirc, the fastest RX 500 card is the RX590 which is still slower by a large margin compared to the minimum requirement (GTX 1070)

i would always appreciate vulkan but if you are on direct3D anyways i do not see the point of REALLY OLD 12.0
