I downloaded a 100% save file from Nexus because I had the game maxed on PS5. I can't seem to get new game plus to show up at the title screen though. I've loaded the game complete saves multiple times and even saved over one of my previous manual saves. Still no new game plus option on title screen. I know I'm missing something simple but can't think of it. Anyone know what to do?

Don't know what to do about that, but be sure to also ask this question on the nexus page where you got the mod from! Perhaps the author will help you out or some of the community members. :)

According to a Reddit post that also dropped a file you need to finish the game again.
