They are but they’re still fun “beat all campaigns and see the true credits” games.

I’d argue they didn’t age any worse than most other 1998-2001 releases.


In other words, they’re old, but not DECREPIT

This game is pretty good

The references will fly over your head if this really is your first Sonic game, but the raw gameplay (of both stories) is fantastic

It is implied VERY heavily that Classic is simply younger Sonic (and not Sonics Son like how a certain review would have you believe -_-)

i know it is younger sonic there is no room for debate i'm just confused why itzderrio is upset someone called younger sonic younger sonic.

If you want more of Shadow, go play SA2 and maybe the P-06 fan remake of Sonic 2006. If you want more of the same type of gameplay Sonic Frontiers and Sonic Colors would probably be up your alley. Personally I don't find either of them as good, but they aren't bad. Sonic Unleashed has the unfortunate issue of not being super accessible these days unless you have an XBox or are willing to experiment with emulators (which can be hit and miss with newer consoles depending on your hardware), but a lot of people consider it the best boost-oriented Sonic game if you can swing it.
