DLC was good

Idc about these who whines, the DLC was good for me, and nobody would change my opinion.

It was short and sweet but could've been longer, no where near the quality and replayability as the main game levels. Definitely felt like something that should've been free to promote the movie.

I love the new ranking animations, I was confused on whether I got an S-rank after my first try and Keanu shadow just gave me a "perfect"

It was a spectacle, but yeah the price is really steep for what you're getting.

THIS was a highlight for me too, not only did it look cool but Shadow commenting on every single rank in perfect sync with the music was beautiful, especially if you got an S.

It was pretty cool, but it was short and not especially great as a level. Seems like a hell of a lot of work to do all the model and effects work, all that animation, just for that one tiny level though. Looking at it that way, it's worth the price of the DLC, but damn did it leave me wanting more.

I think the $6 is a little much for it, but then I just now realized that it has Keannu ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Reeves doing the voice acting so it probably wasn't cheap labor or legality-wise. I just say I'm happy to support Sega for making such aweosme products and throw my money at them.

The odd thing is I noticed that Shadow said "I'll be back" implying we'd get more?

Could they potentially mean we're getting another Movie based DLC level?

That's how I viewed it. I was buying the deluxe edition anyway. The DLC was "free" in my mind; I got all I paid for back in October. I guess it depends how one thinks about it. What is a fair price for 1 level? I saw someone say, "It should be $3". Really? $3 will make or break one's decision? In this day and age, you really can't get anything for $6. I think it was fair all around for the most part. They clearly blew all their budget on the insanely "peak" victory animations haha

Tbf, I don't get the issue with a full act and two challenges being $6, they could've easily bumped that up to $10 but they didn't, the DLC is honestly rather cheap and I like that

I enjoyed it for what it was, but i did get the dx edition. I think if i had to pay $6 extra for that i could see how someone would be a bit peeved at it.

I agree, it was really fun to play with Movie Shadow, Keanu sounds weird but still he did a nice job voicing Shadow in this DLC, can't wait for the movie!

This is far better then most games which'll offer less content for more, it's rare you even see a proper level being featured in a DLC as cheap as this

Do DLC cost that much for the average game nowadays? The only one I'm aware recently outside of this one are Shadows of the Erdtree with the insane 40 bucks, but at least if you like Elden Ring much, it can somewhat justify the price in term of length (even if it's too much), and Total War Warhammer DLC, the last one just released, 22,99€ for three (or four depending on how you see it) campaigns, which will take around at least 30 hours to do all of them completed if you want to invest into them, and still you have replayability.

Considering Generations + Shadow have 30 levels + around 110 special levels + 11 bosses and cost 50€... Damn. One short and average level with two challenges for 6€.

Episode Shadow was also very likely made during the main development anyway
