So we did what we always do when Sega and Sonic Team ♥♥♥♥ Up.

As someone who covered and bemoaned the changes knowing they had to have been made for a stupid corprate or PC reason I got alot of flack... not for saying I was going to boycott... its Shadow... I could never. No I got people mad at simply for pointing out the subtle changes to Rouge outfit and the Amy stuff. For that I was called a gooner and furry. The censorship d*ck riding is ridiculous especially since they were all going to get the game even Rouge got implants. I susspect some of this might have been the ESRB fault because the stuff the Dragon Quest devs were complaining about with their game.

Thank you for sharing a decensor mod here to undo lousy censorship changes that looks wrong with Rouge's own clothes clipping into her wings. That being said, I have absolutely zero plans on buying this remaster; I already have the original Sonic Generations before Sega decided to lock it behind a $60 USD bundle of games instead of letting people buy the game upfront (it's like they're actively doing the opposite of what Besthesda did when Doom 3: BFG Edition came out and nearly replaced the original version), I do not need a DENUVO-ridden "remaster" with a tacked-on extra mode staring Ow the Edge to justify it's $50 price tag, especially not after the scummy practices Sega has done with Sonic Origins erasing the original Genesis games as well as Taxman's standalone port of Sonic CD off Steam.

I've dealt with a grifter who tried to gaslight me for presenting F A C T S about another game that got censored or changed during localization and got he got butthurt when people called him out for inserting his gender politics to suit his narrative when no one even mentioned gender politics at all for that other game's discussion. People like that deserve the industry they support.

You should download the mod anyways. Denovo will be cracked soon enough.
So when that happens you'll be able to play Shadow Gens as it was meant to be.

While I don't really care for the change, I'll be downloading this mod anyways since I prefer the original design anyways. Also, for those wondering there is a skate mod that makes shadow actually skate when you boost with him, its pretty neat.

it will be hilarious if the first patch we gets is already that since I highly suspect that it's a off model issue since even in dark beginnings her wings are coming out her back and not her shirt.

Also the changes for dialogue are to bring them in line with the lore and making sonic and tails not look like buffoons who can't even remember green hill zone.

SEGA improved it, not censored it. Sonic based p*rn exists with or without the changes made to this game. Enjoy that if that's your thing and leave the discussion because you have nothing of value to add if you feel SEGA "censored" the game by covering up a character a little more. The voice changes obviously costed money and were smart, more lore accurate changes like tails recognizing Chemical Plant. If you're a Sonic fan I can't see how a cahracter recognizing a level they're been to in a past game ins't better unless you just want to objectify (shudder) Rogue the bat.

It starts with small senseless censorship. It tests people. Then it divided them with those who will say, "It's so small who cares?"

Then later down the road it gets bolder. They already conned people into supporting censorship and it will be those people saying, "Who cares" that will pave the way for huge censorship in everything. They're censoring Sonic games now.

Because that's not at all why people called this out alongside the bad rewrite that specifically censored other scenes. The purpose of Rouge having her back open is for her WINGS! I can't think of anyone who even finds an open back attractive.
