What do the changes about the hard mode bosses?

I only just found out that Shadow gens has hard mode bosses. Just wanna know, do they do anything different? Or are they more or less the same boss, just with more health?

AFAIK its just that you get no rings so its basically an official no hit challenge.

hard mode bosses you get hit you die so don't get hit.

Biolizard has no rings, is slightly faster, retracts its wings in phase 2 faster, and its bubbles in phase 3 move a bit faster. Metal overlord DOES have rings, but more hazards, more hp, and slightly different stuff configuration, needs chaos spear to open the trick ramps for bonus damage, but is REALLY hard to s rank, Mephiles had no rings, is more aggressive, his shadow minions scatter in a more varied range of directions, increasing the chance of hitting you, his tilted towers attack needs the thing where you release mid swing to launch upward, and his titan construct is much more aggressive, and needs 3 hits to break the barrier. [\spoiler]

Quite thrilling but Nothing TOO insane, but a right step up over the base mode without being too demanding. I very much recommend going for s ranks if they’re still too easy.
