Sonic Unleashed - Double Deluxe Edition?

Just an idea I had for a potential Sonic Unleashed remaster in the future, but how would you feel if both the PS2/Wii and PS3/360 versions of Sonic Unleashed got the remaster treatment and included in the same package similar to how Shadow Generations is included with the remastered Sonic Generations?

Perhaps there could be a better name for this style of remaster than what I just came up with as well.

Honestly, I wish they always included all the versions of games in these rereleases instead of just focusing on one flagship version.

I know what you mean, as I thought it was a real missed opportunity to not include the DS version of Colours in Ultimate. And much like Colours, I do think both versions of Unleashed are well worth playing for their own special reasons.

3DS version of Generations would've been nice to include but obviously we got Shadow Generations.

At least we got the Biolizard from 3DS Generations (even though it's not exactly the same).

Considering the producer for this game is the one suggesting it there is a very real chance we might see a sonic 06 remake in the near future.

You mean changes like multiple save slots (for PS3/360 only as Wii already had that), lives disabled by default but can be turned on in the options as well as extra collectables?
I would love to see changes like these!

If it's about the story re-writes, with only a few exceptions I prefer the new script over the old one anyway, but that's only because the original game barely had a story to begin with. Unleashed did, and it would worry me a lot more if they were to change the story of that game for this reason.

ya the only reason sonic generations got a rewrite was because the old dialogue was garbage.

sonic 06 is likely to have some story changes as well if they actually go through with there 06 remake, but again it needs some story touch ups.

Unlikely since the ps2/wii versions were made by a different company. Same with all the portable versions like Colors, Lost World. They could, but they'd rather invest on something they can take all the revenue from, and not split it.

They wouldn't even have to split it, rather include both in the same package. Unlike Colours DS, Generations 3DS or Lost World 3DS which at least could be passed off as just handheld versions of the home console game, Unleashed on Wii/PS2 is not a handheld version of the same game, but rather a last gen console version.
