Who is Terios?

The thing is that Shadow Shares little resemblance with Sonic. But EVERYBODY mistakes him for Sonic. Terios is much similar to Sonic in both color and quills.

The Terios skin exists because supposedly Takashi Iizuka, the Sonic Series Producer is the one that created him from concept art for Shadow.

glad they went with shadows official design because terios is terrible, like the deviant art sonic forces levels of terrible. it looks more like a concept design for werehog, and even werehog looks better

I know this was a necro but let's be realistic, the world knew who Sonic was and the GUN Commander was one of the very few who actually knew Shadow existed so when the world sees the blur of a dark Hedgehog silhouette captured on security cameras or from eye witnesses they jump to the conclusion of the one super powered hedgehog they know. Amy thinking Shadow or Silver is Sonic is just for comedic effect.

Don't forget, the footage they had of Shadow was specifically set at night, so it's realistic to believe they'd assume the silhouette of a speedy hedgehog is Sonic
