This better have more 3d segments than 2d.

It will probably be unchanged from the original, but I agree that Modern Sonic should just be 3D like how classic Sonic is just 2D.

Growing up playing sonic since Master System days i welcome 2D where ever possible and 50/50 like they did with the OG Generations is fair. 3D is alright if implemented well and Sonic Generations did that, but for me, 2D is more fun because i relate to it more.

I believe they are talking about the large amounts of 2D sections in Modern Sonic which should of focused on just 3D gameplay because Classic Sonic was there for the 2D gameplay.

Yeah, 2D can disappear off of face of the earth for 3D games, I'm sick of it.


Imagine the universe where 2D classic games were 70% 3D, it'd be so stupid.

Totally agree with you guys, most of the 2d levels are kinda boring compared to the 3d levels in my opinion.
