*SOME SPOILERS* (most in second half)
Don't bother playing this game right now, it absolutely still feels unfinished. There was multiple patches most of which broke more of the game rather than fixed it while playing. Multiplayer is especially unfinished, dozens of mobs and bosses were invisible until attacked for me as the second player. Some were also broken in such a way they would appear and one shot you as well, which was annoying. Plenty of other small things that made it hard to play at times. Multiple tools that basically do the same thing but you need them all to get anything done, (one of which broke during a patch and no longer works), having to recollect your party every login, bad transporting mechanics, etc.
I just beat it with my boyfriend, The most disappointing part is the end. There was nothing cool or fun after except a million health endless wave boss you'd be wasting your time to try and beat at the end. No story closure before you see it either, which is really unfortunate because you're expecting the birds to celebrate a little after beating their nemesis. Very unfortunate, I was hoping for a something at least. Maybe even something simple like the intro where you run through a party/credits instead of tutorial? The lack of anything definitely tells me they didn't get that far and just released it unfinished.

If you enjoy games like Terraria, Oxygen Not Included and Craft the World - you will love this one.
A huge underground system with different biomes, enemies and bosses. Two separate skill trees for your base and your character. If you choose to play with friends - it's a completely chaotic experience (in a good way!).
Of course, the game also have bugs (Hehe, get it? Because you have to fight bugs, but it also means game bugs and...eh,nevermind), but developers are working on them extremely quick, which makes game even more appealing.

I feel sorry for both the birds and the bugs in this situation, but that's the way the world works. War Never Changes...

Wish I could review it positively, but the further I get, the more bugs and poor optimization I discover. Constant stuttering, lag, slow inputs, vanishing items and invisible enemies, machines barely functioning and the game not explaining why. Randomly getting 1 shot by a bug I've killed dozens of times. The game is clearly still in an early access state and should be represented such. There's some good here, but I'd wait for awhile and see if the game is every actually finished. Also, I've been playing it multiplayer, and perhaps that's where most of the bugs exist. It's a rather terrible multiplayer experience, as enemies are always invisible to either one of us.

This game is a fun mix of survival, crafting, and tower defense with a cool style. It’s enjoyable when played with friends, but if you’re playing alone, it might be hard to manage everything. The beginning can be tough and the tutorial feels a bit awkward, but my friends who also played agree that it gets much better after that.
If you like games like Terraria, you’ll enjoy this one too. It adds new challenges and fresh ideas while still feeling familiar. Just be ready for a tricky start and a lot to do if you're playing solo!

I will be blunt, there's clearly a lot of work to be done. However, for the time behind this game and the fact that this is developed by a group of college students, I am very happy for what is here.

My review has been edited as I was informed that the missing text issues have been fixed in the full release, so I removed that portion. Everything else still stands.

Here's the pros, cons and mehs in my opinion:

Pros:
-Unique gameplay loop. It's clearly inspired by some other games, however the actual gameplay loop feels unique and interesting. You essentially watch over a colony above ground, including automation and needing to provide food, water and housing. Below ground, you have basically a tower defense survival aspect, where bugs will constantly make their way up from below and you need to set up turrets and traps to kill them off. I very much enjoy the fact that this game takes from a few different genres and makes a unique gameplay loop for itself.
-Smooth and straightforward progression. The game doesn't make progression feel weird and I never had a moment where I truly felt myself questioning what to do next, it always felt like there was an obvious route for progression. I think some gaps in progression could be filled, as it feels like there's some things missing, but I also can't say exactly what it is. I expect that to improve with updates.
-World customization. This game adds a lot of aspects to the customization when generating a new world that gives you a solid amount of options to personalize the way you play. There's likely settings to satisfy just about anyone in terms of difficulty and tedium.

Cons:
-Limited overworld. The below ground area seems very expansive and like there is quite a bit to do, however the area above ground was frankly smaller than I expected, and I didn't immediately see any ways to expand it. I was hoping there would be a bit more to what exists above ground, and while I know the focus of the game is to dig underground, I think it could benefit from a little more to do above ground, so hopefully that gets expanded in the future.
-Long load times. They do warn you in the loading screens that it can take a while, however it's still worth mentioning that launching the game takes a VERY long time, and loading between the main menu to the tutorial or to in game takes a minimum of 30 seconds. I have no doubt that this will be fixed.
-Multiplayer latency. If you intend to play with friends, be prepared for a lot of latency, specifically when a player joins or leaves the world, or enters the underground dungeons. All of these will cause complete game freezes for anywhere between a few seconds or even a full minute depending on connection quality, PCs and the area being loaded. Dungeons also refresh every so often, and the lag will repeat when loading into a refreshed dungeon. Multiplayer also just in general had some moments of random latency, and even froze entirely when one of our players alt-tabbed out of the game, until they opened the game back up.

Mehs:
-Skill trees. The skill trees are solid as it stands, and they have their place clearly, but they also need some work to feel a little more customizable. You are given pretty straightforward paths on the skill trees and some of the nodes are in very weird places, like putting gun damage behind defense. I think the skill tree would benefit from having the ability to choose what stats you want to build up in a more focused manner, or if you want to spread out what you're upgrading.
-Gear. Admittedly I didn't get super far into the game yet, however none of the gear I obtained stuck out to me as super special. I could clearly feel the progression of numbers and I suspect there's likely more unique gear down the line, but games of similar genres benefit from having unique weapons of different power levels all along the way. I would like to see some more gear options that stand out among the rest of the gear, otherwise it all is just the same thing with slightly different attack speed or damage numbers. At the same time, this is not a huge problem if it's never addressed.
-Clarity. There's some aspects of the game that could stand to have some clarity improvements. For example, the food and water supply. The game clearly tells you when you're going up or down in supply and what your supply is. However it's hard to tell where the balance is as that's all it shows. Knowing, or at least having an idea, of the amount of supplies a colonist will take, would be a nice little QoL thing, rather than me having to build a farm or a reservoir and hope that it's enough to combat the current deficit. Again, not a deal breaker for me as it's not impossible to determine what is or isn't needed. However, I believe the combat would greatly benefit from some additional clarity, such as when an enemy will be attacking. As it is, there were many occasions where I took damage and wasn't aware the enemy was attacking. The projectiles are pretty obvious but also a little bland and sometimes go behind enemies on the screen. Same as the last part, not a total deal breaker, but would make the game feel much nicer.

Finishing thoughts:
Overall this is a very fun game with a unique premise and I look greatly forward to the potential future it has. There's more things I could get into that are more specific than the above, but I think this generally outlines my current major thoughts. This game has a ton of space for improvements and to be the next great survival craft style game. The development team seems like they intend to stick to this and what they are promising currently already looks very good for this games life. If you enjoy the genre, give the game a shot, but remember that it's still very young and give it a bit of an easy time. If you don't feel like the game will live up to what you want out of it currently, give it a few months or even a year and come back to take another look. I believe it will continue to grow into a great game.

The game still has a ways to go I think. Especially for its price.

It's very prone to bugs, supposedly especially in multiplayer, though I wasn't able to test that myself.
The devs make a very good impression, though, they are very polite and responsive, they are constantly working on fixing bugs, improving UX and adding new stuff(introducing new bugs in the process), sometimes you see multiple patches in one day.
The trailer on the store page doesn't resemble the gameplay very well at all anymore.

They plan to keep this up for at least another year if I remember correctly, so I'm feeling positive about recommending this game.
It has much more potential than what is currently in the game, but I am confident that the devs will tap into it more in the future.

I had a lot of fun with it. It took me 60 hours to beat it with a very laid-back, explorative playstyle(hard difficulty). It can definitely be beaten much faster.

I think the main aspect of the game may be the city building.
The purpose of the city is essentially to produce food and water for you and to support a large number of workers and to provide building materials and ammo for your tower defense track.
I'm not very good at Tower Defense, but the main reason a tower is ineffective is going to be that your ammo supply isn't good enough.
I enjoy it, but it's definitely flawed. Logistics workers are frustratingly stupid sometimes and it's often hard to find out crucial information about total production, consumption and bottlenecks(Though with how the updates are going, it may not even be the case anymore by the time you read this).

The combat aspect of the game couldn't be more simplistic. You run, jump, attack and reload until your ammo, your weapons, your enemies or you are broken, that's it.

There's exploration in this game and it's cool(Although much of it is just digging around with a shovel and then going back because your bag is full of dirt), but given that all maps are preset... it completely wears off once you have explored everything. I know more maps are planned in the future, but without some procedural generation, that will only be a brief relief.

In general I currently don't see much replay value right now.
After beating the game, there doesn't seem to be anything to do anymore.
I'd maybe just like to guide some friends through the game.
The hardest difficulty is not a challenge at all even alone unless you break the first main hive without getting into the iron age first shortly before a blood moon.
The hardest theoretical custom difficulty(That nobody in their right mind would pick) seems impossible for a single player, doable with an experienced group, but it may be very boring, because a lot of time will be spent personally defending the city gate.

Whilst I've only dipped my toe into what the game has to offer, I'm definitely liking the look of things so far, really like the character designs and the soundtrack is nice and chill, and the base building mechanics seem pretty interesting to work with!

เริ่มต้นเกมด้วยการฝึกหัดระบบเกม เช่นการขุดเจาะ สร้างNode วางไลน์การขนส่งเพื่อป้อนทรัพยากรเข้าสู่โรงผลิต และส่งต่อไปยังคลังแสงให้แน่ใจว่ามีกระสุนเพียงพอต่อคลื่นระลอกของแมลงที่แห่กันมาทุก ๆ คืน แต่ทว่าในช่วงแรกของเกมนั้นจะยังมากันแค่สามตัวเท่านั้น ต่อมาในตัวเกมก็จะมีผัง Tech ให้เราสามารถปลดล็อกได้โดยใช้ทรัพยากรที่หามาได้ในการปลดนั่นเอง และเมื่อปลดครบก็จะขึ้น Tier ที่สูงขึ้นต่อไป ของก็หายากขึ้นและใช้เวลานานขึ้น ส่วนในเรื่องของไลน์การขนส่งเกมนี้จะใช้เป็นนกแรงงานในการขนของแทนสายพานแบบเกมอื่น ๆ และแน่นอนว่าไม่ได้ใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้าแบบเกม Automation อย่าง Saticfactory หรือ Factorio แต่จะเป็นน้ำกับอาหารยังไงล่ะ เพราะมันเป็น “นก” (ฮา) น้ำกับอาหารถือเป็นหนึ่งในทรัพยากรของเกมที่สามารถกักตุนได้และตัวเราก็มีค่าความหิวและกระหายด้วยเช่นกัน ซึ่งหากหิวหรือกระหายมาก ๆ ก็จะติดค่า Debuff ได้

Routine ของเกมคือตอนเช้า จัดการทรัพยากร ขุดแร่ สร้างทางน้ำไหลเพื่อกกักเก็บน้ำหรือปลูกผัก ส่วนผักก็มีหลายประเภท ใช้สำหรับกินหรือทำเป็นกระสุน เมื่อนกแรงงานไม่พอก็ค่อยขยับขยายสร้างบ้านเพื่อรองรับจำนวนให้มากขึ้น และการสร้างของเกมนี้หากกสร้างติดกันจะถูกรวมไว้ด้วยกันสูงสุดถึง 3Units จะทำให้ได้เอฟเฟค หรือผลผลิตที่มากกว่าการสร้างแยกเดี่ยว ๆ และด้วยเนื้อที่อันจำกัด จำเป็นต้องวางแผนให้ถี่ถ้วนเสียก่อน แต่ถ้าสร้างผังผิด ก็รื้อใหม่ได้และสิ่งก่อสร้างที่ถูกรื้อจะอยู่ในช่องเก็บของไม่เสียหายจึงไม่ได้เป็นที่น่ากังวลมากนัก และพอตกกลางคืนกก็ต้านฝูงแมลง

ส่วนในด้านภาษาของเกมนี้นั้นรองรับภาษาไทยด้วย แต่การแปลนั้นเหมือนแปลมาจากกูเกิ้ลแบบว่าจากภาษาจีนมาภาษาอังกฤษแล้วมาเป็นภาษาไทยอีกทีนึง มีบัคภาษาไม่ขึ้นเป็นบางช่วง และเกมนี้ไม่ได้ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษอะไรมาก หากไม่อยากเจอบัคภาษาก็แนะนำให้ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการดำเนินเกมจะดีที่สุด

สรุปตามความคิดเห็นส่วนตัว เกมที่มีการจัดการเยอะพอสมควรแบบนี้ หากเล่นคนเดียวจะรู้สึกว่างเปล่า แนะนำให้เล่นกับเพื่อน ๆ จะเพิ่มอรรถรสมากขึ้น แบ่งกันทำตามหน้าที่ เพราะเกมนี้ไม่ได้มีแค่การป้องกันฐานอย่างเดียวเท่านั้น แต่ยังมีการขุดดินลงไปผจญภัย เพื่อไปถอนรากถอนโคนรังแมลงถึงที่อีกด้วย และในระหว่างทางก็ยังมีดันเจี้ยนและบอสมากมายยังรออยู่อีกเพียบ ให้เราได้ใช้เวลากับเกมนี้ได้หลายชั่วโมงโดยไม่รู้สึกเบื่อ สำหรับผู้เล่นสาย Co-op ที่ชอบการกักตุนเสบียงกกับผจญภัยนั้น เกมนี้ก็ควรแนะนำให้ติดบัญชีไว้เช่นกัน

The game is cute, but it's still in a beta or early access state. Many things are not explained, a lot of the UI is actively unfriendly to the player. Text overlapping other text or other parts of the UI. Logistics is a nightmare to sort out. The perk tree is all over the place. Progression is not smooth. A lot of the way the game works is still not really understood by myself or anyone I've played with.
The replay value is also pretty low since the map it very static. The tech tree isn't that long but it's easy to get stuck at certain points due to population limits where you then need to go spend time trying to optimize and cut out workers from places to work in new buildings.

Overall the fun and the frustration pretty much balances out to a meh experience.
