A big thing to keep in mind, the clones do NOT vanish after he's defeated. So each one he makes, that's like the monsters that call allies. It's something else you have to defeat. So keeping that in mind, Loewe should be your first target because if you get overloaded by clones, it's game over.
I tend to get my characters to 200 CP beforre the battle begins. You have a recharging station nearby, take advantage of that. If you don't have some food to make to max out your CP, go battle some random monsters. Another important thing is to try and max out speed as much as possible and make sure you have protection from at least confusion and faint. Protection from freeze also can help here since his second S-Craft can freeze everyone it doesn't KO right off. Also have lots of healing items, as many celestial balms and tear all balms as possible. If you are running low on those, make some food that will do the job. And if anyone can't take 10k+ damage, boot them from the party and put in someone who can. You truly may want to consider replacing Tita with Kloe or Olivier.
I like to start off with a chain of S-Crafts targeted at Loewe himself. That takes care of a good chunk of his HP. Keep one character at a distance and have them attack random clones or the lion archiasms,Tita probably would be good here if you give her range quartz and the long barrel plus a grail locket. You just want to be sure at least one person is out of range of his S-Crafts because his second one can KO your entire party and if it doesn't, leave everyone frozen. In this battle it will be more handy to assign someone to be the item thrower because you may need to heal all but one character as quickly as possible. Having someone attack the other guys on the field does help because sometimes Loewe will waste a turn with a La Teara to heal them.
The other thing is to do your utmost to prevent him from being able to act on a crit round. If you get hit with his second S-Craft on a crit round, it's game over unless you are level 99 and have a really good party who is healed up. If needed, have someone start casting an art, if you can't get him off the crit round, someone casting an art may get him to use zero storm instead of a S-Craft at least.
Anyway, good luck! As far as your question about the following boss fights, the final boss is easier.
i cant even use earth wall once he spawns the clones i cannot use ANY ART because they zero storm all the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ time how am i going to beat him with 0 ARTS :(
Whoever you take to the Loewe fight will be your final boss party. Do you really want to use Tita for the Loewe fight? She is literally incapable of surviving Loewe's S-Craft, so she would make a TERRIBLE choice for the Grail Locket. Kloe or Kevin's S-Crafts can help you survive that.
If you can survive the S-Craft, the rest of the fight should be easier. Loewe himself (but NOT his clones) are susceptible to Clock Down, so you can slow him while you speed yourselves up.
If being muted is your big problem, equip anti-Mute accessories instead of Anti-Faint. You should have at least one Grail Locket at this time to put onto someone who can remove the Faint status on others.
You can also try to spread out more so that Zero Storm only hits one person. This even allows to you to use Zero Storm against him by making him use that relatvely low damage craft. This requires Gaia Shield if you want Earth Guard on everyone anyway.
Give Kevin Gladiator Belt, and have him cast his S-Craft the moment the fight starts. After that you start increasing your speed with Clock Up EX.
Roles:
Estelle: Offensive arts or earth wall strat, both are fine especially on normal mode.
Joshua: Offensive arts.
Agate: Dragon dive, heal, wild rage, dragon dive. Obviously you wanna pay attention to whats going on.
Kevin: Earth wall, earth wall, earth wall. Grail Sphere if you need a quick protection.
If you have it, give the time gem to Kevin since all he is gonna be doing is to cast earth wall.
Keep in mind this is THE hardest boss fight in the game, especially on nightmare mode. The rest of the game is MUCH easier, so don't be shy to use your zeram items. You also get 100% Gladiator belt drop meaning it makes the rest of the game even easier.
Enemies outspeed you really hard, so you're pretty much on defense most of the time, there are couple cheesy tactics like zeram feed and schera/agate AT advance combo. My favorite approach there ( nightmare ) is to spread and kite with -ms debuff, using clever shields and kevin s-craft. YOu absolutely dont want to cluster because of lions specials.
