In resedential zone, in one of the houses. You need zemurian ore from trading whole gambler jack series to a merchant in Grancel un chapter 8.

You can still get another one in the residential area. One of the computers will have the option to read data crystal or something like that. You'll be given an ore, and you can give it to Prof. Russel to change for an ultimate weapon. I got both Estelle's and Joshua's, but your given the option to make the ultimate weapon of the other characters as well. (Josette, Muller, and Julia use the same weapon as Oliver, Agate, and Kloe respectively).

Heh didnt find this one, i think all computers there only had recipe and bulletin boards for me. I even back to them with gospel :(

And the merchant is kinda hiden among alot of other citizens, i randomly triggered this scene, running around them.

I believe it was the computer with the recipe that had the option to "read crystal".

It's one of the first few screens after exiting the first tunnel if I'm not mistaken. The "read crystal" machine was the first house, and you needed to first accept package at the bar/observatory-esque building.

Edit: Went and checked my previous save. So you need all Gambler Jack books -> exchange them for 1 Zemurian Ore. Get to the screen I mentioned after going through the first tunnel, and go to that bar/observatory, choose to accept package and you're given Data Crystal Z, go back to first house after exiting tunnel and under(literally below) the option to view recipes, select 'Read Crystal'. It reads Data Crystal Z and voila, you get another Zemurian Ore for a grand total of 2.

While I finished the Gambler Jack book set and turned it in for a zemurian ore, I think I missed out on getting the second ore. I went back and gave that Data Crystal Z thing the professor, and now the terminal in the Cradle can't read a crystal.

Am I out of luck?

I'm having trouble finding which computer I get the ore from.

It's in the house directly to the west of the exit of the underground passage from Calmare. You need to have one Zemurian ore and the Data Crystal Z in your inventory.

It has the options:
Check New Recipes
Read Crystal

yeah, I don't have the ore, or the Data Crystal Z, was asking where they are.

You need to already have one Zemurian ore in your possesion. If you do you can get the data crystal in the round building to the west and a second Zemurian ore at the computer terminal at the house I mentioned above.
If you don't already have one you can get neither the crystal nor the second Zemurian ore afaik.
