Stuck Chapter 5 (spoilers)
I'm stuck in Chapter 5 and I don't know what the problem is, since I was using a guide every step in the way.

In the Principal's Office, after getting Sachiko's Tongue, there should be a hole to check to continue to the next area. However, in the area that the hole *should* be (according to a video guide of thw PSP version), is just a cabinet that checking it says "COLDCOLDCOLDCOLD". I've checked every square in the area, as well as made sure to complete every event with Ayumi's group (ending with the incinerator).

What am I doing wrong? I can't find any solutions online. I can't progress at all anymore. Can someone help?

The Principal's Office was changed in this version of the game. Sachiko's Tongue is no longer required to progress to the bomb shelter, but you need to flip the switch in the space heater.
