List of Official Corpse Party Games
Im not sure if pinning topics is a thing for Steam forums but if so then I request this one to be pinned because Corpse Party is pretty confusing to follow for new comers and long time fans.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Seems like some are confused about the games so I decided to make a post listing official games (in release order) with a few exceptions so there wont be any fan games on this list. I know Im probably gonna forget something but if there is something Im missing let me know! I've pretty much covered everything.

First let me explain the timeline of the current series. The first game has been ether remade or ported so many systems that it's sometimes hard to track. As long as you play ether Corpse Party ports or remakes you're fine and safe to move on to Book of Shadows then Blood Drive. You dont need to play the other ports because you are pretty much playing the same game a 2nd or 3rd time. However if you are interested in what they have to offer then go ahead!

Timeline
1. Corpse Party (STEAM/ PSP/ 3DS)
2. Corpse Party Book of Shadows (PSP)
3. Corpse Party: Sachiko's Game of Love (PSP)
- it's a side game yes but it holds relevant info. However, you can choose to skip it if you like.
4. Corpse Party Blood Drive (PS VITA)

The Games

Corpse Party (PC 98)
Description: Released on 1996 for free to download. It was entered for a contest and was praised for what it was back in the day.

Important Notes: This game was never translated into English.

Corpse Party Rebuilt (PC)
Description: A fan made PC port of the original. While everything as far as graphics and music stay the same, there is new character art and sound effects. There is an English patch available.

Important Notes: Ending C's epilogue was extended to reflect a fan made game (Corpse Party Zero). In the original game the epilogue is the exact same as the epilogue for Ending B-3. You also unlock a demo for Corpse Party Zero after viewing each ending which is also not part of the original game.

Corpse Party: NewChapter (Mobile)
Description: A mobile remake of the original for the NTT DoCoMo with new characters. Only 4 chapters were made until it's cancellation.

Important Notes: Due to the development of a new Corpse Party PC game the mobile remake was discontinued and download links were removed as a result.

Corpse Party: Blood Covered (PC)
Description: A PC remake of the original game and a continuation of the mobile remake. Contains an original chapter that is exclusive to this version of the game. It also includes some voice acting. Liek the mobile version, chapters were released episodicly.

Important Notes: The game was released on Steam as just "Corpse Party" for the English version.

Corpse Party Blood Covered Repeated Fear (PSP)
Description: A PSP port with new character art and new voice acting.

Important Notes: The "Tooth" chapter was removed. An additional scene form chapter 5 in the PC version is absent, possibly it was added later on because chapter 5 wasn't released till after the PSP remake was released. The English version of the game was released as just "Corpse Party". In the English version completing the name tags 100% is impossible due to a glitch that was never fixed without a save data mod.

Corpse Party: Book of Shadows (PSP)
Description: A point and click visual novel style game and sequel to Corpse Party.

Important Notes: The "Tooth" chapter makes a return. You can unlock all CG images from the first game if you have a completed save from Corpse Party.

Corpse Party The Anthology: Sachiko's Game of Love - Hysteric Birthday 2U (PSP)
Description: A spin off but has some info regarding Blood Drive and also includes new characters.

Important Notes: This game was not localized due to XSeeD not having interest. However, it was said they would consider localization if it gets ported to another system other than the PSP in the future.

Corpse Party: Blood Drive (PS VITA)
Description: Finally, the story of the characters we know and love and Sachiko comes to a close with this game. This is the final chapter to their journey in Heavenly Host. This time the game is a mix of RPG and visual novel elements. Instead of 2D sprites the game features a 3D world with the use of a flashlight.

Important Notes: The game suffers from frame rate issues and worsens with the flashlight on. This game is VITA TV / PlayStation TV compatible (the other games for PSP are compatible as well).

Corpse Party Blood Covered Repeated Fear (3DS)
Description: a 3DS port of the PSP remake with 4 new chapters (these chapters aren't voiced like the rest of the game). An additional scene from the PC version during chapter 5 is included. The game also features new character over world sprites and supports 3D (from my experience the 3D doesn't do much).

Important Notes: The 3DS screen leaves out some creepy camera scenes as seen from other versions of the game like you cant see the chalk bored write on it's own in this version for example. The English version will be released as just "Corpse Party" and will be released later this Summer.

Corpse Party 2: Dead Patient
Description: A new original story for the series. It was redone in Unity after the completion of the first chapter.

Important Notes: As Im typing this, only one chapter was made since it was released in 2013. Since then the developers have been silent and it's unknown if it'll continue.

Few things:

1. While the Steam entry will indeed just say "Corpse Party", the actual in game title, at least at the close of every single chapter, will in fact read: "Corpse Party: BloodCovered"

2. This version includes a new version of 'Tooth'

3. 5 is definately included, it's the completed version with parts missing from the PSP version.
