CHAPTER 5 makes no sense to me.Please enlight me

At chapter 4 naomi died by hanging but in chapter 5 she is back again like it never happened.
The blonde guy died with a giant hammer hitting his head (I think two times) but is back again.
At the giant pentagram in chapter 5 if i choose("all right lets go" or "you go first"), ayumi give only the second option and Sachiko kill both on the incinerator( i guess).The last thing I´ve done right (i think) was getting sachiko´s tongue.After that there is some dialogue with the principal , remembering sachiko´s death .....then , the incinerator.

Naomi doesn't die in Chapter 4, that's a wrong end.

The blonde guy never died, you can get knocked out without dying.

The choice is there somewhat as a humorous option. And has literally nothing to do with the incinerator choices. Consider if you're being smart by listening to Sachiko though.

You're doing a lot of things wrong. I suggest consulting a walkthrough at this point.

I did whaat sachiko asked and left the incinerator , but ayumi and the guy go back inside ( he says something like "well there is nothing else to do so lets enter again").There is no way of not entering again.
And , I swear to you I did not save naomi in chapter 4 and the game went on.the main hero cried , I found a cell phone on a stair and the game moved on.I don´t even know how to save Naomi.

So i should not even see the pentagram cutscene?Because there is no way back if I do that.If i enter the pentagram it is game over as the incinerator is unavoidable

You need to go all the way back to Naomi living to see Chapter 5. And you need to not listen to Sachiko when she tells you to go back.

1-Naomi is not dead.She is with with Yuka and Satoshi.My save game is a party of three people).She died earlier in chapter 4 but .......did not.?....Can´t explain.I have no idea how to save her but , she is still in my party.I did not get a wrong end earlier so i presumed that her death was part of the game.
2-If I listen or not to sachiko in the incinerator the result seems the same.
Listen--Ayumi and the guy leave the incinerator but go back and Red flash(die)
Do not listen ---Red flash (die)

I can only guess you're either using someone else's save file and / or confused a wrong end with a chapter end.

You're making an assumption. Don't do that.

SPOILERS!!

Just finished the game with the true ending.What a great story.My heart feels heavy now.
One thing I did not understand is why Naomi killed Seiko.At that time it did not seems to me that the darkness was controlling her.I watched Chapter 1 on youtube , and I can´t figure why seiko was murdered.

She was taken by the Darkening at the time. The Darkening will play a heavy roll in Book of Shadows.
