Bathroom issues

I keep getting the wrong end after I try to save Seiko. I did everything the guide said to, yet I still end up cutting my own tongue off... Anyone know a way around this?

If I remember well, there is an event where you can go in a classroom and read a newspaper, then you will be stuck for a moment, after doing this, ghosts won't cut your tongue anymore.
And Seiko will die anyway, you can't save her.

I did that already, you have to go there in order to move on to the infirmary.

Go in it, there will be a blue thing, speak with him

Speak to him, he will disapear and let a key in the floor

Then go to the classroom 3A (it's near your actual position)

Open the door
