I think so because there was a thread about someone who said he/she didn't buy the game due to the beeping sound during the dialogs because it was annoying to him/her and then suddenly an option to disable said sound was suddenly implemented as well.
So in short I think XSEED reads this forum and helps if it is something they can change/implement.
I wish more developers did this to their JRPGs.
It's important for us, especially when it comes to finding bugs. The problem that happened with the game on launch is that the issues many people experienced did not come up on any of our machines during QA, so much of our troubleshooting has been blind and reliant on knowing people's system specs and so forth. So people's posts about what's going on with the game for them are extremely important for us to get it running as smoothly as possible.
