reason being... the previous one being absurd
And I was trying to make sense of the letters that had been Incorrectly Capitalized (Grassy, Hill, Nigh, Unto, etc)
I put the original hint in the original post if anyone wants to check it out.
And for the third one, I looked at the "3" and the "F" and translated it to "floor" in my mind (by the way, you cannot say that "3 F L" blatantly translates into "floor" by going with the GAME'S ACTUAL naming convention. "Floor" is represented by just "F" sheerly from the actual area and building that the quest giver is in. Thus the game actually leads you AWAY from thinking this). I thought the game would be tricky and would have the book be in the same building, but it wasn't. And what with all the wacky capitalizations in the poem, I invalidated my third floor theory, since the poem hints literally strewn across the entire passage MUST have all been collectively pointing towards something else. But they weren't.
When it came down to it, I was exploring Sanktheim Gate when I found a few barrels on the second floor. That prompted me to explore it more and I found the book.
So yeah. Dumb quest. But oh well. We can just name this quest as one of the low points in this game. And that's not very significant.
