Best 100% guide?

Ive played this on my PSP loooooong ago and with the second game coming out, I want to actually replay the game to remind myself of the story but this time I dont mind using a guide so I can have access to a 100% save for the next game. Is there any guide out there that does 100% though, without missing anything?
