Can't get into a fight with enemies (BUG)
So I've just booted this game up after a year of not playing it and I'm running it on a new Windows 10 PC.. For some reason every time I run into monsters nothing happens. No battle starts.. Estelle just completely stops when you run into them. Bug I'm guessing? How can I fix this?

do you use a special quartz called haze or cloak ?

Haze doesn't prevent battles, only being noticed. I don't think I ever equipped Cloak -- the description makes it sound like it prevents monsters from spawning, but it might stop the encounter from happening too.

I'll check, I'm actually right at the start of the game on hard mode, Playing new game plus. So I probably do have thosse quartz skills.

Yes it was Cloak, omg. I completely forgot a skill existed like that in the game. Thank you. Not a bug then.

If you equip Cloak monsters will still show up but you will walk into them without triggering a fight, just as if they were NPCs.
