But it doesn't matter much, as you shouldn't be using S-Crafts at any point during the final battle gauntlet; there are far more efficient ways to beat every phase of this fight.
I don't remember individual fights, but the game doesn't usually give you a strategy guide. So, I fought every battle by throwing as much damage as possible at them, hoping to wear them down before they took me down. And this, most certainly, included S-Crafts. I saved them for bosses.
Basically, the most efficient strategy is to bring your best casters, use Clock Up Ex to speed everyone up and Earth Guard/Wall to protect everyone, while using Soul Blur (or White Gehenna for multiple targets) to do damage.
I personally did entire boss fight - every phase without S-crafts just to be sure. It's possible but it makes boss fight ~45 min. slog until you take away it's ability to spawn ADS.
