They're porting over some HD menu, etc. graphics from the PS3 version soon
Really though, better resolution, playing on a bigger screen, and (probably most importantly) supporting the franchise to help get the third chapter localized so we aren't left hanging are the big reasons to buy.
Perhaps more importantly, though, saves on the PC version can be transferred to the Second Chapter.
(And the PC version is on sale right now.)
Basicaly it has everything the PSP does + MORE CONTENT, better graphics, updates, and more functions to lead to the upcoming sequel. There's your legit reasons. I love the PSP, i bought 4 throughout the years, but being snobby about having the PSP original version of a PC port is pointless since the PC version will nearly always be better, have updates, more support and functionality, and generaly more game modes. There is every reason to repurchase the game if you feel the game was replayable. because it will be shinier and have more content. The only time a repurchse makes no sense is when you have played and beaten a one time play game. Which this is not
Actually, we'd be left hanging if we DID get 3rd and they stopped there. The storyline is wrapped up pretty nicely in SC. The 3rd opens up a whole mess of plotlines that aren't resolved until later in the series (and a lot of them are still unresolved at present).
