graphics problems

Hello I'm a french player.

I bought "legend of heroes: trails in the sky" by steam on pc support but I have some graphics problems.
Firstly, the characters are invisible.
Secondly, the setting is sincomplete.

I think I must configurate the games but I don't know what to enable and disable.

can I have some help plase?

You may want to disable movies Logo / Opening in the configuration panel, it seems it is the source of many graphic issues

no sorry, I didn't find in the link the problem and movies Logo/opening are enabled so I don't know where's the problem.

Start the game up and select Run Configuration from the window that pops up to mess with settings. Some things to try are disabling logo/opening, toggling hardware vertex shading and toggling vertical synchronization... it could also be windowed mode or the default resolution it's set to, so you could try changing that also.

It could also be a codec issue so it's often suggested that you get K-Lite or CCCP, if nothing else works you could try that.

I downloeaded a K-lite but nothing changes.

Perhaps my processor isn't good:
AMD E-300 APU with Radeon HD Graphics 1.30 GHZ

My RAM: 4,00GO

my system type: 64 bits

The resolution in setting game is 32 bits, so maybe I should pass to 32 bits

What the hell is wrong with your game, man. Also it would be better if you took screenshots from inside the compute instead of using a camera. F5 for Steam games next time.

But seriously, this is really weird. I guess you did, but did you try messing with the settings? Like, trying every signle combination? Maybe your graphic card drivers need an update or something?

I would echo checking your video drivers. Google your rig manufacturer and check the support pages for driver updates. Might also be worthwhile checking windows update and installing any available updates especially if you haven't updated windows recently.

When I compare requirement of the game and my computer's capacities, it must works. I wait an answers of xseedgame. After an update of windows 7, it doesn't works.

I think to change my computer in one or two years. In this case, must I pay again to play this game or can I play freely after installing steam? I don't want to pay again.

The games you buy on Steam are tied to your Steam account. So as long as you log again on the same Steam account, there's nothing to be worried about.

Gabe promised that if Steam "died", they would make the games DRM free. Although if you really want them DRM free, you have GOG or pirate copies. Remember that if you bought the game, it's not illegal to download pirate copies.
