Streaming this Game Question
I was curious if anyone else has tried streaming this game. For some reason this game doesn't like the game capture in OBS.

OBS sees the game using game capture but it is just a blank screen. I've tried both 32 and 64 bit versions of OBS.

I can caputure it using window capture, but for some reason it just doesn't look crisp or right on the stream at any resolution. Either that or I am just picky.

Was curious if anyone had some feedback on this. Other than that this game is great and also looking forward to steam releasing the other 2 parts I hope.

I use moniter capture for it since I like it full screen and I have a dual moniter setup to see the stream chat to answer any questions. But yeah, game capture does not work for now. There will be an update to obs soon that fixes that hopefully.

Free sofware used for streaming as an alternative from using Xsplit

I'm having the same issue. Whether it's an OBS or game problem I do not know.

close OBS, right click BS and run as admin

Yeah game capture for this game doesn't work even when running OBS as admin. I have no problems with all my other games... just seems to be this game.

Did you try playing the game in windowed mode and capturing the entire screen? I know windowed mode isn't optimal for video capture, but if you're really desperate to stream this game then that's all I can think of, besides trying a different video capture program. Another thing would be to fiddle with the settings for both the game and OBS, but I highly doubt that'll work.

And, of course we're all looking forward to part 2. Game's good so far, and I'm willing to dish out another $20 for the sequel once the translation and repackaging/porting is finished, but that's beside the point...
