Requesting Road Names on World Map
I'm telling you, this was one of the best features in the PSP version.
Can't find a translated world map with road names anywhere online.

doesn't the game already have a world map and local/road map?

In the PSP version, you had a zoomable world map. If you held Square, it would show road names with it.

On the top of the screen near the part where it shows "map" and indicates the direction that north is there's two things that are handy to click on.

See the blue box there? Click that and you get the zoomed in version of the mini map. Click on the one that says "map" and it shows the Liberl Kingdom Map.

Right. Look at this.

See how you can ZOOM the world map?

And there is honestly no need to zoom the world map in this version. It was obviously added for the PSP because the PSP's small resolution makes it difficult to read. And to be honest, I never found that all that useful in the PSP version because it would typically just end up cluttered.

With this one it really isn't hard to figure out what road is what.

And why do you even need the road names? You just need okay X location is west so take the road on the west exit. Not like navigation here is hard and I'm someone who gets lost quite easily. Between the kingdom map to get what stuff is where and the mini maps showing what is in what direction you don't need more. The mini maps are honestly far more useful, I barely even used the kingdom map.

A map should have all information.
Imagine a GPS without street names, only cities and landmarks.

Good point. I would also like our current longitude and latitude perhaps in the upper right corner and a weather app like on my phone.

Mind me, I'm OC with these kinds of things. Just never understood why this later version isn't like the PSP's. Anyway, yeah, I would boast about the PSP version being much better than PC, but then others would just tell me to get off of Steam and play with that. That's not how it works.

It would be fairly easy to just modify the texture used for the map to include them. Seems like a reasonable request.

Because when many quests involve monsters needing to be exterminated on specific roads, it helps to actually be able to see where that road is, instead of needing to run around until you stumble across it.
Sure, roads like the East and West Bose Highway can be figured out fairly easily, given the locations. But Eisen Road and New Ansel Path, with nothing else on the map to indicate those roads having those names? Not so much.

I do agree that it adds flavour and detail to a game that is suppose to be all about flavour and detail but at the moment I don't see it as a priority.
