Chapter 2 - missing two chests?

I'm following this guide: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=294731475

If I count correctly, there should be 60 chests before going to Jenis Royal Academy. I'm pretty sure I've opened every chest twice so far, but the achievment still says I've only opened 58. Is there any way I can check which chests I have opened so far? Like reading some files.

I'm in the same boat but I looked at the achievement and it says non-story related chests. I know the first chest in the sewer gets you your badge and that is main story and I know there is one on chapter 1 but can't remember what part of the main quest required it. Maybe that's it?

I thought of that too, but this guide lists 163 just like the achievment. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=295517181

Although on the bottom it says "No glitched chest in this chapter, but for some reason, I came out with an extra chest. Two possibilities are:
1) There are actually 164 chests
or
2) The two chests in Rolent Sewers don't count because they maybe considered Story-related chests (as the achievement description says to open all non-story-related-chests) and I am missing a chest myself. If that's the case, if I am missing a chest, please tell me!"

So just to update I think the guide might be slightly off. I looked at what remaining chests I have since I'm in chapter 4. It said I'll be short one. I ended up reading someone else had this issue and that there is an extra chest in the final dungeon on the first floor. So maybe there was an extra chest in chapter 3 because I haven't looked since i was halfway through chapter 2. Hopefully this helps you
