Report a translation problem
For future reference, quests is listed as "Short" (i.e. short-term) expire after the next story event. It's a good idea to scan the board before going to a designated cutscene location.
At any rate, that's what I surmise while looking at a guide or two. (I'm actually at right around that part of the game myself!)
[Edit: Just played through that section, and I was right. EAS: The Temp Librarian *Plus* quests aren't on the bulletin board, and so the time-frame isn't listed there.]
But like I said, you should be able to do it as long as you don't start the final quest of that chapter. At least for the + ones. I am not sure if the first one gets expired.
