I am literally stuck

Is there a way to get your character un stuck i am literally stuck and cant move and dont want to start over.

Check your save files. There's a page 0 where autosaves are stored. See if there's one from the screen before the one you got stuck on.

Autosaves happen after every room transition and at the end of every combat. Unless you panicked and reloaded a much older manual save (and ran around in it for several minutes to cycle the entire autosave page), you'll have an autosave at the doorway of the room.
