Is there already a team that works on a german translation?

I currently am working on German subtitles myself.
Though I don't know if anyone else is doing this right now too.

Are you also working on translating the textures or only the subtitles?

Well, I dont own a copy of Photoshop and as far as I know there's only one way to translate Documents and News Papers and it's via using Photoshop and some Plugins.
So currently the answer sadly is no.

GIMP and Paint.net could work, with VTFEdit.

Because I think nobody else is working on the german subtitles anymore, I decided to translate
them myself. I finished translating the subtitles. I also working on translating the textures but I think i'm finished with them later in summer 2018.

But you can download my german subtitles for the game + translated Menu here:

To use them for the game you must place the files in the "infra/resource" directory.


If you find out any mistakes or something I can do better, please let me know

Are the translated textures still happening? This is a great game but it's frustrating to have german subtitles but no translated notes or signs.

Me and Kajilo working on the translations of the notes and signs. We are finished with the translations but we need to check all of them for mistakes and correct them before publishing the german textures. But I think we're done with everything in late March or early April. So stay tuned and wait a few weeks.

I'm finished with the translation and edited my own mistakes. But I need some people who check the translation a last time for some mistakes.

1. Here are the german texture & model files

To install the german textures you need to copy the infra_dlc1 folder to your infra directory (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\infra) and then the game automatically use the german textures.

2. I also updated the subtitles and menu file and fixed some mistakes in them

You need to copy these files to the resource folder of infra. (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\infra\infra\resource)
