Cannot load the second level in windowed mode

Here is your inaugural forum thread.

I am playing in a window so that I can see a chat room while I stream. I finished the intro level in the office and was treated to a short loading screen, and then a black screen where nothing happened. Now, I was able to turn to fullscreen, load the second level, save my game, and then load the save game in windowed mode without a problem. But I think you'd like to know of this problem. I hope it gets fixed, especially if other levels have the same problem.

put -console in launch options and open game again and type "map infra_c2_m1_reserve1"

Hey guys. Thanks for reporting this. I think I know what's causing the issue. We'll try to get a patch out for this as soon as possible. In the meantime, please use the workaround listed above.

Thanks for that. Subsequent maps seem to load OK.

While we're at it, is there a console command to spawn batteries (or disable battery depletion) ? The lifespan of these things is ridiculously short.

I agree that the battery depletion is way way too short. Flashlight batteries should last a few hours in real life I think .

Update will fix this error in couple of hours, have to recompile couple of levels. Save games from the changed levels may break after update, requiring players to restart level.

Right click infra on steam and choose options, then launch parameters and then add the '-console' there.

I'm happy to confirm: transition from 'Preparations' to 'Just another Day At Work' works normally now.

For some players, it seems the UI is missing after transition now. Maybe there is a connection?
