Can there be deep bellmouth spillways and dam spillway pipes in part 1 and 2??

In the dam visible in INFRA, this has been solved in a another way:

If an overflow occurs, it will spill through the holes shown, thus controlling the dam level.
I, however don't know if we will get to visit the second two gorges dam in part 2, and if that dam will have a spillway pipe.
