Stuck in the water treatment plant

ive been stuck here for atleast 2 days trying to figure out how to get out of here. This puzzle too confusing for me, maybe i missed somthing.

All i have to go by are these screen of the valves. ( http://prntscr.com/cnlgj5 ) Ive been trying all different combinations of the valves but i either get "Low Ph" Or "contaminated water" And nothing i do is working.


EDIT: Im pretty annoyed. Can someone just give me a screenshot of the correct pipe layout? Ive been trying for 3 days now and im just ♥♥♥♥ing done.

I got all the red 'valves' turned on on the screen except one, then I got on the train cart and it just left the level. The screen said 'contaminated water' but I'm not sure if I 'solved' anything as such. By the offices there is a ladder going down into the large water tank. There is one valve down there but it is an alkward move so save first if you haven't already done it.

But u Dont need that plant to working properly if you want to go in to Next area simply go to little train And leave it

When I try to get on the train and leave i get stopped by a flood gate door and it wont open. ( http://prntscr.com/cnwq5d ) Is there a button im missing?

you must open sewer pipe you need red valve handle open valve and turn on pump at green booth

EDIT: I got through it but, now im in the metro central station tunnels and i need to find a code, Ive found that notepad with all the different codes and ive input them into it and non of them unlocked anything Any hints?
im really bad at this game. Part 2 is just really hard for me. :P

Yeah. It's right after the water treatment plant. You just follow the train line all the way down.

I'm also at this point, I basically entered all of the codes from the notepad, I think. No idea if I'll be needing any of these later on or if I need to backtrack to see what doors are now open. Anyway, the Central Metro Station doors are open, but the 2nd door closes as soon as the ceiling starts to collapse, so I'm assuming I need the minitrain to advance. The thing is, I can't go through the poison alley to turn around, cos you die. Also, pulling the lever next to the steaming pipe does nothing, cos driving backwards doesn't direct me to the correct rails to Central Metro Station doors, which is odd, cos the tracks change position.

EDIT:

I am a silly man, I didn't have to be on the train to send it through poison alley. :)
